Housing prices in Ukraine in January-March this year, compared with January-March 2020, increased by 11.4%, according to the State Statistics Service.

In particular, prices on the primary real estate market increased by 9.8%, on the secondary – by 12.4%.
In the primary market, one-bedroom apartments went up by 10.8%, two-bedroom apartments – by 7.9%, and three-bedroom apartments – by 11.7%.
In the secondary market, one-bedroom apartments went up by 12.3%, two-bedroom apartments – by 13.1%, and three-bedroom apartments – by 11.8%.
Since the beginning of the year, housing prices in Ukraine have increased by 5.6%.
The State Statistics Service reminded that the data are given without taking into account the occupied Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as the occupied territories in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Housing prices in Ukraine in 2020, compared to 2019, increased by 8.8%. In particular, prices on the primary real estate market increased by 6.9%, on the secondary – by 9.8%.
