“If we take soup as one of the most dietary and correct dishes, then the soup is, by and large, water along with more solid food. That is, you can drink food, ”the doctor explained.
Another useful drink Bobrovsky called tea when it comes to herbal, green, or black tea without sugar. However, an excessive amount of this drink is contraindicated in people with diseases of the cardiovascular system.
The doctor emphasized that when choosing a drink to complete a meal, you should pay attention to the amount of sugar in it.
“Pay attention to sugary sodas. It is a source of sugar, that is, simple carbohydrates. Liquid simple carbohydrates after meals are not good for digestion in general. The same can be said for juices.”
