Ivano-Frankivsk can now compare time on the sundial. This is exactly the innovative gift the city received on its 359th birthday from its talented residents.

The sundial, which was installed on the territory of the city lake, was created thanks to the collective work of scientists, employees, students of IFNTUNG, Higher Vocational School №21, Professional Construction Lyceum, and the Center for Educational Innovations – with funding from Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.
“The watch will not only beautify Ivano-Frankivsk but will also allow anyone to compare the time from sunrise to sunset – according to the Latin inscription on the watch:” A solis ortu usque ad occasum “, – said in a statement.
