Cleaning
The most important rule: Never go to bed with an unwashed face!
During the day, dust and dirt settled on your face, sebaceous glands worked. Besides, you probably touched your face with your hands more than once! Most likely, there was makeup. But even if you spent the day quite quietly and almost did not get up from the couch, the face is dirty by the end of the day and it needs to be washed. One water is not enough for this! Like soap, which is only suitable for hands. Use special tools to remove makeup and cleanse the face.
If there was make-up on the face, the cleansing will take place in two stages. If there were no cosmetics on the skin, go to the second stage immediately.
Make-up removal
Remove decorative agents with a special agent: micellar water, two-phase liquid, or hydrophilic oil.
Skin cleansing
Skin cleansing should be deep but delicate. To do this, choose the right cleanser. It can be a gel, foam, and less often, in the presence of irritation and dryness – milk.
Many women still take micellar water as a facial cleanser. And immediately after its application, apply a tonic and cream. It is wrong! It is also important to wash off the remnants of any make-up remover with a cleanser. Even if the manufacturer writes that the product does not require rinsing, or it is a hydrophilic oil.
Tonic or lotion
In general, a tonic and lotion are generally the same product. Their task is to balance the pH balance of the skin, neutralize the action of water and cleansers.
After cleansing the skin, be sure to wipe your face with a lotion or tonic. This is an important rule that many women ignore.

Complete rest is the main secret of beautiful skin. It is at night that the body produces beauty hormones that fight inflammation and aging. Probably you yourself have repeatedly noticed that the skin after a long sleep really shines with beauty!
Do you need a cream
The cream is a must for everyone. But, strangely, only in the morning! With it, we protect the skin from the environment, from winds, frosts, UV radiation, and more.
But night cream is not really needed by everyone, although many people can not imagine their lives without it!
Who and in what cases need a night cream:
- women 45 + (except for owners of oily skin)
- owners of dehydrated atonic skin and very dry skin (but only 10% of them worldwide);
- owners of hypersensitive thin skin. If you are the owner of “transparent” skin, which shows all the vessels, like rivers on the map of our country, if your skin reddens quickly, if there is rosacea – only in this case, provided all of the above, you need a night cream. For example, vitamin C strengthens blood vessel walls.
Until the age of 45, especially owners of oily, combination, and dehydrated skin do not need a night cream, and before going to bed will be enough a cleanser and tonic (lotion). Such skin nourishes itself enough, why does it need extra fat? And at night the skin also needs to be able to rest!
If all the care is chosen correctly, your skin will be well moisturized, it will be comfortable without a night cream. But if you still want to apply the cream, because the skin dries, it means that it is dehydrated. This happens quite often, and in this case, you need to reconsider care!
If you are still not ready to switch to care without cream, remember the simple rules of its effective use:
Apply the cream one and a half to two hours before bedtime. This will help not to provoke morning swelling.
For the cream to work 100% at night, the room must be moist and cool! If you apply the cream and go to bed in a dry and warm room, the skin will begin to dehydrate. You won’t feel it on the first try. But the negative cumulative effect is guaranteed!
Additional care
Before going to bed you can do an exfoliation and a mask. Peeling is done no more than once a week, masks – no more than twice a week.
