“We conducted an analysis of the first year of President Volodymyr Zelensky and the second year. I will tell you honestly that it is very difficult to analyze because this program is rather such a big beautiful fairy tale for voters. that is, common words and common phrases. “I dream and so on,” said Koshel.
According to him, the president did not fulfill a third of his promises.
“It is almost impossible to analyze it because it is a very vague document. But we have identified 30 key promises and so far about 25% of these 30 have been fulfilled. However, we note that there are promises of varying importance, ”the CVU head emphasized.
Koshel noted that so far there have been no breakthroughs in fulfilling the key promises of the head of state.
“For example, there are promises that we will be able to vote on a smartphone in the election in one second, but there are promises like – the end of poverty, the fight against corruption, new principles of governance, a new quality of political life, and so on. And it is from the key promises that we see that one of the important promises has now been fulfilled – land reform. Other key promises have not been fulfilled, ”Oleksiy Koshel stressed.
“Therefore, we are talking about quantitative indicators of this 25% of fulfilled promises, and we have not seen any serious breakthroughs in the fight against corruption or breakthroughs after the end of the poverty era,” the CVU head concluded.
