If you are going on a picnic and have already marinated the meat for barbecue, think about what you will serve it with. You can, of course, do with just fresh vegetables, but it will be much more interesting to offer your company grilled vegetables.

Grilled vegetables will perfectly complement the meat cooked in nature. In addition, they are not only delicious but also useful, because with this method of cooking they store almost all trace elements and almost all vitamins.
Yes, and anyone can cook grilled vegetables if he has the necessary products and literally half an hour.
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 eggplant
2 tomatoes
2 bulbs
2 pods of bell pepper
2 pods of hot pepper
200 g of mushrooms
3-5 cloves of garlic
5 st. l. oil
5 st. l. soy sauce
3 st. l. lemon juice
Provencal herbs
ground paprika
ground black pepper
Preparation:
Wash and dry zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and tomatoes. Peel the pepper and grate it. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and dry.
Eggplant, zucchini, and tomatoes cut into slices 1 cm thick. Just thick slices, without disassembling into rings, cut onions. Bulgarian and bitter pepper pods cut lengthwise into 4-6 pieces each. Cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise.
Combine the oil with the soy sauce, pour in the lemon juice, add the garlic passed through the press, ground black pepper, ground paprika, Provencal herbs and mix well.
Put sliced vegetables and mushrooms in a glass or enamel container, pour the marinade, shake gently so that it evenly covers all the pieces, cover with a lid or cling film and leave for 1-2 hours.
Arrange the prepared vegetables and mushrooms on the grill and fry for about 10-15 minutes on the grill, turning from time to time (the grill is installed when the fire burns completely and only charcoal remains).
On a side note
The range of vegetables for cooking on the grill can be diversified by adding ahead of corn, a few heads of Brussels sprouts, green beans, apples. If you want to cook grilled potatoes, they should be pre-boiled or baked.
If desired, you can add a few tablespoons of honey and mustard to the marinade, replace lemon juice with apple or balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce with teriyaki sauce.
