In Ukraine, 2.228 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day on June 17 – less than a thousand, a decrease compared to the day before. 585 people were hospitalized per day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

In Ukraine, 967 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in a day. Among the new patients – 32 children and 6 nurses. Also, 2,312 patients recovered and 50 died from complications.
585 people were hospitalized yesterday with suspicion or confirmed diagnosis.
Most new cases were found in Kyiv (207), Kharkiv (68), Donetsk (61), Kyiv (54), and Dnipropetrovsk (50) oblasts.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts, and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have recorded 2,228,192 cases of coronavirus infection. Of these, 51,952 died from complications of the disease, and 2,147,972 recovered.
Coronavirus test in Ukraine
Laboratories performed 51,199 tests for coronavirus: by PCR – 25,888, by ELISA – 9,342. Also performed 15,969 rapid tests for the antigen to the virus.
In total, more than 10.6 million PCR tests were conducted in the country.
