The Ministry of Education asked the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine not to apply measures of administrative influence against entrants from the temporarily occupied territories who wish to obtain higher or professional higher education in Ukraine.
Kyiv. Ukraine. Ukraine Gate – June 20, 2021 – Education
As you know, currently Ukrainian citizens who are in the zones of temporary occupation are forced to cross the state border of Ukraine without complying with the established norms.
The current legislation of Ukraine provides for certain administrative penalties for violating the order of entry and exit from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, as well as for illegal border crossing.
Thus, the administrative penalty is a fine for illegal border crossing, ranging from 3400 to 8500 UAH, or administrative arrest for 15 days.
The Ministry of Education will also consider the issue of extending the terms of the admission campaign for people with TOT to public procurement sites.
