For example, cook oatmeal with strawberries and rhubarb. It will be tasty, useful, and will not take much time.
2 stalks of rhubarb
150 g of strawberries
125 g of oatmeal
100 ml of grapefruit juice
200-250 ml of yogurt, fat to taste
1-2 tsp. honey
1. Put in a frying pan with a non-stick coating chopped strawberries and rhubarb, add honey, and stir until it melts.
2. Add grapefruit juice and oatmeal until the liquid completely evaporates.
3. Let the mixture cool – and voila! Spread in ice cream cones, put yogurt on top. The mixture can be put closed in the refrigerator, and nothing will happen to it for 4 days.
You can add seasonal berries to the dish.
