Bean soup is a nutritious and healthy dish. Especially popular during Lent. You can use any bean – dry, pre-soaked before cooking, or canned – the taste will not suffer.
Ingredients:
beans – a glass
potatoes – 5 pcs.
mushrooms – 200 g
carrots – 2 pcs.
onion – 2 pcs.
oil – to taste
hops-suneli – to taste
ground black pepper – to taste
salt – to taste
Preparation:
Rinse the beans and pour cold water for 10 hours. Cook for an hour. Chop carrots, mushrooms and onions, fry until cooked. Add chopped potatoes to the beans and cook for 20 minutes. Add fried vegetables, mushrooms and spices. Garnish with herbs to taste.
