Ukrainian sisters Lyudmila and Nadiya Kichenok won the opening doubles tennis match at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

The sisters defeated the Indian duo of Sanya Mirza and Ankita Raini – 0: 6, 7: 6 (7: 0), 10: 8.
In the second game, our compatriots lost – 2: 5, but played back and took it on a tie-break.
Note that for Nadezhda and Lyudmila Kichenok, who are competing in the Olympic Games for the second time, this is the first victory in the Olympics.
In the second round, the Ukrainian tennis players will play against the winners of the match Melikar / Risk (USA) – Yurak / Donna Vekic (Croatia).
