Lazy dumplings are prepared very easily and quickly, and the longest process is to boil water for cooking.
Ingredients:
500 g of cheese
2 eggs
6 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
salt
Preparation:
Thoroughly grind the cheese with eggs and sugar, add flour, add a little salt and knead until smooth.
Divide the cooked mass into 4 parts, download each with a roller, cut into small pieces and cook them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes after rising.
On a side note:
Serve the dumplings with butter, sour cream, honey, jam, or fresh berry sauce.
Depending on the humidity of the cheese, adjust the amount of flour. The dough should not be stiff, but slightly sticky to the hands.
