The Verkhovna Rada at its plenary session on Tuesday, September 21, failed to vote on the draft resolution № 5893-2 on amendments to the agenda of the sixth session.

The draft resolution proposed to include five issues in the agenda of the plenary sittings of the sixth session of the Verkhovna Rada of the ninth convocation:
Draft Law № 1177 on directing natural gas of domestic production to the needs of the population in full (draft by Dr. Tymoshenko submitted on September 6, 2019);
Draft Law № 4181 on Amendments to Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Use of Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety” (draft of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted on October 5, 2020);
Draft Law № 4527 on the development of highly efficient cogeneration (draft of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted on 23.12.2020);
Draft Law № 5201 on state support of the State Enterprise “Eastern Mining and Processing Plant” (draft by Dr. Tymoshenko submitted on March 11, 2021);
Draft Law № 5464 on the development of biomethane production (second reading) (draft by A. Zhupanin).
It was also proposed to withdraw from consideration the draft laws in accordance with Annex 2 as not recommended by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services for inclusion in the agenda of the sixth session.
At the plenary session on Tuesday, September 21, in addition to hearing information on the draft State Budget for 2022, the Verkhovna Rada plans to address the issue of assistance for economic reintegration of migrant workers and the issuance of passports to residents of the occupied territories.
