In Ukraine, 2.36 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have already been recorded, an increase over the day on September 21 – 6.7 thousand, a new anti-record this fall. More than 2,000 people were hospitalized per day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“For the day of September 21, 2021, in Ukraine, 6,754 new confirmed cases of coronavirus COVID-19 were recorded,” the Ministry of Health said.
Also for the past day:
2,175 people were hospitalized;
fatalities – 105;
2,095 people recovered.
tested: by PCR – 36,642 people, by ELISA – 11,347 people, by rapid tests – 34,254 people.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
fell ill – 2,362,559 people;
2,235,668 people recovered;
fatalities – 55,161;
PCR tests were performed – 12,551,650.
Of the patients for the past day: children – 625, health workers – 125.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kharkiv (774), Dnipropetrovsk (556), Donetsk (460), Kyiv (456), Lviv (449), and Odesa (442) oblasts.
According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 19th in distribution and 19th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
