Autumn fully enters into its rights, rains announcing the arrival of the rains. This means that the mushroom season is approaching, and even if there are not as many mushrooms as you would like, you can always find the right recipe.

If the quiet hunt is successful, the mushrooms can be salted, pickled, frozen, fried in a full pan, so that you and your friends have enough for dinner.
If you are not lucky enough to bring a full Kozub, and you covered only its bottom with mushrooms, do not be upset. Prepare potato slices with mushrooms or julienne.
Julien can be baked in one large form or in pots, but it is customary to cook in portions, for which kokotnitsa is perfect. Since they are not in every kitchen, use tartlets or rolls to serve. If they are not found, and there is no time or energy to mess with the dough, make it easier, make baskets out of ordinary baguettes.
Ingredients:
1 baguette
250 g of mushrooms
1 bulb
1 glass of milk
150 ml of 20% cream
150 g of hard cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 cloves garlic
oil
ground black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Peeled mushrooms boil, drain, cut into small pieces and fry in oil.
When all the liquid has evaporated, add the chopped onion and garlic and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Then pour in the cream, salt, pepper, simmer a little, add half the amount of grated cheese, and mix well.
Cut the baguette into 3-4 cm wide slices, soak each in milk, gently squeeze and place on a greased baking sheet. Gently press the crumb, make a recess in the center of each slice, and thus form a basket.
Fill the prepared baskets with minced mushrooms, put a little sour cream on top of it, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 180 ° C until a ruddy crust is formed.
On a side note:
Use any mushrooms: forest, mushrooms, oyster mushrooms. The most delicious julienne is made with wild mushrooms, especially tubular ones.
In winter, you can use dried mushrooms, pre-soaking them.
Mushrooms and oyster mushrooms should not be boiled before cooking.
Instead of a baguette for baskets, it is possible to use buns for hamburgers, having cut off from the tops.
