The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov believes that the creation of the Navy base in Berdyansk should be accelerated. He stated this during a working visit to Berdyansk together with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Valery Zaluzhny .
