According to the survey, most companies have canceled the New Year’s holiday. This was said by 72.4% of respondents.

At the same time, the rest (27.6%) reported about the corporate party planned by the management, despite the pandemic.
The main reason for the cancellation of the holiday (76.8%) is the coronavirus and the disagreement of the management to get together as a team. In addition, 15.5% of respondents noted that such an event entails high costs for the company. In 7.7% of cases, the employees themselves opposed the holiday.
As noted by respondents, the most common format is online celebrations using Zoom and other video communication services.
Some companies have not given up on a banquet in the office, a celebration in a restaurant, a party in a country house and invited guests. In addition, trips were in the top of the options. Including, to the Carpathians, Odessa and other tourist cities of Ukraine.
The respondents also told about mini-holidays by departments, individual teams and groups of interested persons.
In most cases, the budget for holding a corporate party will be spent on valuable gifts to employees. 12.3% of respondents stated about the prospect of receiving a cash bonus.
A total of 243 people took part in the survey.
