From January 1, 2022, the cost of issuing biometric passports – ID-cards, as well as foreign passports in Ukraine has increased. This is due to rising prices for raw materials.

Details
Issuance of an ID-card increased from UAH 363 to UAH 372 within 20 working days, and from UAH 489 to UAH 498 within 10 working days. It will be issued for the first time, as before, free of charge.
A biometric passport will be issued for UAH 733 within 20 working days (previously UAH 694), for seven or three for a good reason – for UAH 1,085 (it was UAH 1,046).
It is also noted that if the ID-card or passport was ordered before December 31, 2021 inclusive, the document can be obtained at the old price. If the cost of the document is paid and the application is not submitted, you will have to pay the difference when applying.
