Doctors said that in order to get rid of excess weight in a short time, people abruptly eliminate sugar from their diet. But this cannot be done without proper training, as this threatens some negative manifestations. It is expressed in a sharp decrease in energy levels, because it is sugar that supplies our body with its main sources – carbohydrates. And in a lethargic state a person thinks only about recharging, that is, eating something sweet. After all, trying to give up sugar right away leads to even more sugar in your diet.
If you want to reduce the amount of sugar in the diet, you need to do it gradually, choosing decent alternatives. For example, add more so-called complex carbohydrates, allow yourself to eat bakery products, potatoes and rice. At the same time the level of sugar and sweets can be reduced. This will reduce sugar dependence without reducing the feeling of comfort in eating.
Experts emphasize that if the body loses something, it needs to be replaced. You can’t just take something and give nothing in return. According to nutritionists, it is better to start giving something first, and then take it away, but not vice versa, if we have a clear intention to lose weight.
