At today’s sitting, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plans to decide on a number of draft laws on amendments to the Tax Code, in particular, aimed at supporting business in quarantine due to the coronavirus.
Thus, the presidential draft law №4430 on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine on Social Support of Taxpayers for the Period of Restrictive Anti-Epidemic Measures Introduced to Prevent Alternative Projects spread on the territory of Ukraine of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-Co V-2.
In addition, consideration in the second reading of the bill №3039a on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the value added tax rate on certain transactions for the period of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Poland on related loans and other issues public debt.
People’s Deputies also plan to consider the draft resolution №4262 on the establishment of the Temporary Commission of Inquiry to investigate the causes of large-scale fires in 2020 in Luhansk region and actions / inaction of Luhansk regional department of SES and Luhansk regional state administration – military-civil administration on timely response and occurrence and preventing the occurrence of extraordinary events.
Also in the second reading it is planned to consider the draft law №3087-d on the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine.
On the agenda for reconsideration with the proposals of the President of Ukraine is the Law of Ukraine №3014 “On electronic communications”.
The draft law №3628 on strengthening liability for offenses in the field of selling e-cigarettes and liquids used in e-cigarettes to children should also be considered in the second reading.
We will remind, the speaker of parliament Dmitry Razumkov declared the day before that the project of the State budget for 2021 this week won’t be considered. At the same time, according to him, next week the parliament may convene an extraordinary session to adopt the document.
Razumkov also said that people’s deputies may consider a consolidated bill to restore e-declaration by the end of the week.
