Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated that the situation in Kyiv is now alarming.
He warned that the next night, it would be very difficult.

According to Klitschko, the bridges in the capital were placed under special protection and control of the Ukrainian armed forces.
He noted that checkpoints have been set up not only at the main entrances to the city, but on all roads leading to the capital.
He stressed that the authorities are currently solving the problem of creating additional units for the defenders of Kyiv.
And Klitschko added :
“I thank the residents of the city for their willingness to defend the capital and the country with other units of the armed forces and law enforcement agencies,”
The mayor asked residents of high-rise buildings with access to the roof to urgently check the roofs for signs of an attack approaching.
Klitschko explained: “We recently received information from residents of one of the residential complexes in the capital. They found many such marks on the territory of their compound. We reported them and soon began to draw signs of vandals.”
