Ukraine Gate – Kyiv – March 18, 2022- A White House official said US President Joe Biden’s secure video call with Chinese President Xi Jinping began at 9:03 a.m. ET.
China’s CCTV agency also reported to state media that a call is underway between the two world leaders.
