New measures proposed by some EU members include additional individual sanctions, a ban on Russian ships entering EU ports, new export restrictions and a ban on Russian energy exports, which Ukraine has long sought.
According to Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis, “buying oil and gas from Russia means financing war crimes.”
