Details
The resolution, in particular, provides for remote work if there are organizational and technical capabilities to perform their duties for those who are in Ukraine, but officials must return from abroad.
Also, the work of civil servants and employees of state bodies outside Ukraine is allowed only in the case of a business trip, executed in the prescribed manner.
“In case of stay of a civil servant or employee of a state body during working hours in Ukraine outside the workplace without a decision of the head of the civil service specified in paragraph 1 of this resolution, or abroad, except for a business trip, duly to be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the law “, – said in a statement.
The resolution shall enter into force on the day of its publication, except for paragraph 3, which shall enter into force on April 25, 2022.
