The department stated that in the spring of 2022, Mondays, April 25 (transfer of the day off from April 24, 2022), May 2 (transfer of the day off from May 1, 2022) and May 9 (holiday) should be days off. After all, this is what the mentioned article of the Labor Code says. However, they will not be due to martial law.
In general, the State Labor Office reminded that the labor legislation established 9 holidays (including May 1 – Labor Day, May 9 – Victory Day over Nazism in World War II) and 4 non-working days – religious holidays on which no work is carried out (January 7). and December 25 – Christmas, one day (Sunday) – Easter (Easter), one day (Sunday) – Trinity).
