According to her, as for Mariupol, “the Russians refuse to provide a corridor for civilians to leave in the direction of Berdyansk.”

“We are continuing difficult negotiations on the opening of humanitarian corridors in the Kherson and Kharkiv regions,” the deputy prime minister added.

No evacuation corridors were agreed on April 17 or 18 .
