So, on the OLX site the minimum price of a symbolic mark reaches 1250 hryvnias for one piece. A whole letter, in which there are six pieces, costs from 4 to 5 thousand hryvnias.
On the eBay platform, prices for just one brand reach over a thousand dollars.
Its standard price in Ukraine is from 23 to 48 hryvnias per letter. It should be added that many ads are already inactive. Probably, the brand with a historical inscription caused a stir, and users are ready to buy even for such money.
It should be noted that 6 days have passed since Ukrposhta launched the postage stamp. Almost six million marks were sold in six days. Circulation is 1 million copies.
The postal operator stated that it is not going to be reprinted, so each stamp will retain its historical value.
Stamps with a Russian ship have already appeared in all regional centers of Ukraine, except Kherson, Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the Crimea (a reserve is left for them).
Context
The author of the phrase: “Russian warship, go on x * y” was a border guard Roman Gribov. When Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the Moscow cruiser and patrol ship Vasily Bykov demanded that Ukrainian border guards and the military surrender during the Battle of Snake Island.
During the calls, the orcs called themselves “Russian warships” and threatened to inflict a “missile and bomb strike” on Snake. To which Ukrainian defenders provided a worthy response, which became a symbol of Ukrainian resistance in the war with Russia.
On March 1, Ukrposhta announced a competition to create a new Ukrainian postage stamp “Russian warship, go to * uy!”. More than 500 sketches were submitted to the competition, of which 20 were selected. These works met philatelic
criteria .
Voting took place on Ukrposhta’s Facebook. The winner of the competition was sketch №3, authored by Ukrainian artist Borys Grokh.
The author of the legendary phrase Roman Gribov returned from captivity on March 29 . He received the award “For services to Cherkasy region”.
The second series of stories with the Russian Korbal took place on April 14. Ukrainian anti-ship missiles “Neptune” hit the Russian cruiser “Moscow”, which went well to the bottom of the Black Sea, and after the war will be another place for diving.
