Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – May 8, 2022- The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced in a post on its official Facebook page that from the beginning of the war until this morning, May 8, the losses in the Russian army were as follows:
- 25500 soldiers
- 1130 tanks
- 2741 Armored Fighting Vehicles
- 509 artillery systems
- 86 air defense systems
- 199 warplanes
- 156 helicopters
- 1961 military vehicle
- 12 ships/boats
- 92 cruise missiles
- 360 drones of operational and tactical level.
- In addition, 76 fuel and lubricant tanks and 39 units of special equipment were destroyed.
