According to him, in fact, today is the continuation of the meeting of May 3, which ended in half, when “stuck” in the amendments to the bill № 7269 on local self-government.
The agenda of today’s meeting consists of 16 issues:
– 7269 – features of the work of local self-government during the war // by a joint decision sent for a second reading (333 votes);
– 7264 – simplification of phytosanitary measures for agricultural products and agrochemicals (without correction №7) // in general (313);
– 7289 – features of regulation of land relations in martial law // in general (290);
– 7284 – social protection for employees of the civil protection service and the possibility of staying in the service of citizens who have not passed the medical commission // as a basis;
– 6173 – improvement of state regulation in the field of electronic identification and electronic trust services // as a basis;
– 7251 – the order of the simplified procedure of termination of the employment contract during martial law // as a basis;
– 5371 – deregulation and introduction of the contractual regime of labor relations in the field of small and medium enterprises // as a basis;
– 5266 – updating labor legislation on collective agreements // in general;
– 7282 – simplification of construction of buildings intended for livelihood of persons who lost their homes as a result of the war // in general;
– 3774 – anti-raider changes: granting the Ministry of Justice the right to prohibit registration actions for the period of consideration of the complaint // in general;
– 7317 – changes in the work of private performers // in general;
– 7194 – technical veto from the President to the law on the order of confiscation of Russian assets;
– 7366 – appointment of Gaid Oleksandr as the Chairman of the Agrarian Committee of the Verkhovna Rada;
– 7360 – tax changes that will unlock the VAT refund of business // in general;
– 7249 – on payment of rent for gas produced in the country only upon its sale // in general;
– 7371 – approval of the Presidential Decree on the forcible seizure of Russian property.
