At least 726 children were injured as a result of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, of which 465 were injured, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General .

The most affected children are in Donetsk region – 187, Kyiv – 116, Kharkiv – 112, Chernihiv – 68, Luhansk – 52, Kherson – 52, Mykolaiv – 47, Zaporizhia – 29, Sumy – 17, in Kyiv – 16 , Zhytomyr – 15.
These figures are not final, as work is underway to establish them in places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.
Thus, on June 2, servicemen of the Russian army fired artillery at the village of Maryanske, Kryvyi Rih district, Dnipropetrovsk region. A woman and her two children aged 10 and 7 were injured.
