Spain is ready to supply Leopard battle tanks to Ukraine and teach the Ukrainian military to operate them. This was reported by El Pais, citing a source in the Spanish government .

As noted, the Spanish Ministry of Defense is ready to deliver Leopard A4 battle tanks to Ukraine. For the last 10 years, they have been stored at the Spanish Army’s Zaragoza logistics base.
In addition, Spain offered Ukraine to teach the military to operate battle tanks. According to sources, the first stage of the exercise will take place in Latvia, where about 500 Spanish troops and 6 Leopard 2E tanks are stationed. The second stage of training will be held in Spain.
