The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal in Lviv on June 14 banned the Derzhava party, which the National Security and Defense Council considers pro-Russian .

By court decision, funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary units and other structural entities were transferred to state ownership.
The full text of the decision on the case banning a political party will be published on the official websites of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Addition
Following the official publication of the law banning the activities of pro-Russian political parties, the Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal, located in Lviv.
This is the 5th party banned by the court recently.
