“The occupation administration of Mariupol is applying new methods of collecting information about the residents who remain in the city. To this end, it has organized the acceptance of applications for damaged (destroyed) property during hostilities,” the statement said.

It is reported that for this purpose citizens need to apply for reconstruction of housing or compensation, in case it is impossible to rebuild.
“The statement must state that the property was allegedly damaged as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces. It is also necessary to list all homeowners, as well as citizens registered there, and provide information on their current location. The GUR notes that the situation with water and gas supply in the city remains stably difficult.
