The United States of America will stand with Ukraine until Ukraine defeats the brutal aggression of the Russian Federation. U.S. Ambassador to Kyiv Bridget Brink said this in response to the missile attack by the Soviet Union on Vinnytsia, calling it another terrible Russian attack on civilians .

“As international experts meet today in The Hague for the Ukraine War Crimes Prosecution Conference, Russia commits yet another horrific attack, taking the lives of innocent civilians in Vinnytsia. The US stands with Ukraine until Ukraine defeats its brutal aggression Russian Federation,” Brink wrote on Twitter.

The EU ambassador called today’s missile attack on the center of Vinnytsia another act of Russia’s attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine, adding that all such cases will be investigated and the guilty brought to justice, with which the European Union will help.
Currently, 21 people are known to have died as a result of a missile attack by the Soviet Union on Vinnytsia.
