The official said that Russia may not technically have violated the agreement by launching a missile attack on the port of Odesa, since it did not undertake to refrain from strikes on those parts of Ukrainian ports that are not directly used for the export of grain, and if there was a military base somewhere nearby target, the Russian Federation, may have taken advantage of this loophole in the document.
This happened less than 24 hours after Russia signed an agreement with the UN and Turkey on unblocking the export of Ukrainian grain by sea. Separately from Russia, Ukraine signed a similar agreement with the UN and Turkey. It was about unblocking three ports for export – “Odesa”, “Chornomorsk” and “Pivdenniy”.
The hostile missile attack on the port of Odesa has already provoked the reaction of both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and foreign diplomats, in particular, the United States.
As a result of a missile attack on Odesa port , people were injured.
