At the same time, 86% of Ukrainians believe that Ukraine’s economic situation has worsened over the past six months. However, in the assessments of the country’s future, there is an increase in the number of optimistic assessments. Those who believe that the economy will improve in the next year are now 34%. For comparison, in April this indicator was 32%.
As for the personal situation, 74% of respondents say it has worsened. Meanwhile, 25% hope that their personal economic situation will improve in the next 12 months.

Ukrainians over the age of 18 participated in the survey, which was conducted on July 23-24, in all regions, except for the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas, as well as territories where there is no Ukrainian mobile communication at the time of the survey. The sample is representative in terms of age, gender and type of settlement, and the sample population is 1,000 respondents. Survey method: CATI (telephone interviews using a computer).
