“for some reason, it believes that it can sometimes still dictate conditions, and this is not so. Work on the return of Ukrainian defenders continues, and we are waiting for the news. The exchange fund and other instruments for the return of Ukrainian defenders in Ukraine are sufficient. In addition, it is constantly updated. And this is what Ukraine and all the Armed Forces are working on. When we talk about the return process, the exchange is just one of the tools to get our defenders back. The exchange fund is a very complex, multi-level and non-linear thing. It is not often possible to talk only about quantity. We will not discuss specifics, but believe me that both the coordination headquarters for the treatment of prisoners of war and the relevant working groups are doing everything possible and are using all the tools to return our defenders,” said a representative of the Defence Intelligence, who is quoted in the department.

At the same time, Yusov noted that Russia has a low interest in some groups of prisoners of war who fought against Ukraine.
“We can state: in relation to certain groups of its own representatives and Russian prisoners of war, the Russian Federation has a low interest. If we are talking about mobilized and military from the territory of ordlo and representatives of the “LPR”/”DPR”, then in fact there is the lowest interest in them. We see this at different levels of attitude: from the fact that they are the worst trained, they are literally forcibly mobilized, the worst dressed and with the worst weapons, to including the issue of exchange,” Andriy Yusov said, commenting on the information that the occupying country “divides into varieties” of its prisoners of war.
Supplement
Ukraine has already returned more than 500 bodies of the dead defenders.
