“The number of entrants enrolled in state (regional) quota-2 places is 15,242, of which 10,990 are based on full general secondary education,” said Minister of Education and Science Serhii Shkarlet.
Details
The largest number of entrants, according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, were enrolled in the following majors:
- 122 “Computer Science”;
- 014 “Secondary education”;
- 121 “Software engineering”.
Among the institutions of higher education, the largest number of entrants enrolled under quota-2 in:

- Kharkiv National University named after V. N. Karazin,
- Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
The minister also reminded that the admissions campaign for this category of applicants has not yet ended and will continue until the end of September.
Addition
In the conditions of a full-scale war, a feature of the 2022 admissions campaign is the opportunity for entrants not only from temporarily occupied territories, but also from particularly dangerous territories to be enrolled in higher education, in particular within the limits of the state order. This year, the government increased state orders under quota-2 in temporarily relocated institutions of higher education and institutions of Zaporizhzhya, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions – up to 40% of the maximum amount of state orders.
