Students studying abroad have the right to leave Ukraine to study during martial law. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs .

“Male students who are studying abroad on a full-time or dual form of education, but could not continue their studies in time due to the war, because they were in Ukraine, have the right to leave,” the message reads.
Details
To leave, you need to have:
• student card or student visa;
• translated and notarized documents confirming study at a foreign university;
• military registration documents with a record of deferment from conscription;
• a certificate issued by the territorial recruitment and social support center for traveling abroad for those seeking education abroad.
