The damage caused to Ukraine during the Russian invasion was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at the EU-Ukraine Association Council in Brussels on September 5.

According to the prime minister, 326 billion dollars are direct “physical” losses, which the government of Ukraine was able to verify – together with the experts of the World Bank.
105 billion dollars of this amount will have to be spent on the restoration of the destroyed, Shmyhal added.
