At the end of last year, the “State Information and Analytical Center for Monitoring External Commodity Markets” held a tender for services in the fields of waste water and garbage management, services in the fields of sanitation and environmental protection for almost one million hryvnias.

The results of the tender were made public on December 29, 2021, with a deadline of December 31, 2023. The actual purpose of the tender is not known for certain, at the same time, these services cost Derzhzovshininform 720,000 hryvnias.
The winner of the tender for “State Information” was the FOP Lanchenko Vira Serhiyivna, who for the entire time of her work won only in the tenders of this state-owned enterprise.
Since 2017, this amount has turned out to be one of the largest for the provision of services of this type: on average, tenders for the provision of services in the fields of wastewater and garbage management, services in the fields of sanitation and environmental protection are conducted for amounts from one thousand to one hundred thousand hryvnias.

State enterprise “Derzhvoshininform” of the Ministry of Economy is an expert center in Ukraine for researching external and internal markets of goods and services. It has been working for more than 25 years, and the company is headed by Bohdan Dubas, known for his closeness to ex-First Vice Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv, who headed the Ministry of Economic Development and was responsible, among other things, for Derzhvoshininform. Earlier in the media, he was accused of a sharp increase in the dollar rate and the bankruptcy of a number of banks.
At the same time, Dubas’ son Andriy Dubas heads the Association of Ukrainian Banks , which, according to economist Oleksandr Okhrimenko, was created by Stanislav Arzhevitin, the godfather of the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko. According to Okhrimenko, it was Yushchenko who once ordered all banks to join AUB. And after the end of his term – the Association stopped bringing real results and may close in the near future.
