After the company “Ukrbud Development” was legally returned to its rightful owners, it plans to provide full support for the completion of all unfinished residential complexes. Representatives of the developer told about this at the press conference .

During this time, a group of raiders led by Russian restaurateur Dmytro Fedotienkov stole hundreds of millions of company and investor assets, carried out dozens of commissioned campaigns with fakes about the legitimate owners, and organized open harassment and persecution – including me and my family. But, as we repeatedly promised – “Ukrbud” is back! For me personally, the most important thing right now is the completion and transfer of the commissioned apartments to investors, and this will be done. According to him, Fedotienkov and his accomplices have already been searched several times, as a result of which it was established that he was guided by instructions from the Russian Federation in all matters.
“Therefore, we assume that with Ukrbud, as with a systemic company that had a significant social impact on the life of the capital of Ukraine, sabotage work was carried out with the support of Russian agents,” Maksym Mykytas emphasized.
In turn, lawyer Artur Gabrielyan told the details of the investigation into the company’s raider takeover.
“In April 2021, the Central Office of the DBR registered criminal proceedings regarding the raider seizure in 2019. In turn, we submitted documents from which it can be seen that after raiding and registering the company as a front person, the general director Oleg Maiboroda and Mr. Fedotienkov withdrew assets worth more than 100 million dollars from Ukrbud. During the investigation, the impersonators returned the stolen company to Mykytas, but the raiders led by Fedotenkov and Maiboroda again, specifically in June 2021, registered the company under a new impersonator on the basis of forged documents
. We turned to the Anti-Raider Commission under the Ministry of Justice. And the order of the Minister of Justice dated December 30, 2021 recognized the fact of raiding. However, this order was registered only on September 8, 2022 – the property rights of Mr. Mykytas
was restored. And on September 14, 2022, 13 people, including Maiboroda and 9 Kyiv notaries, were notified of suspicion of raiding. Now we will make efforts, firstly, to bring to justice the “ideological mastermind” of the raider attack – Fedotienkov. And, secondly, for the return of stolen assets and the completion of houses,” the lawyer said.
Dmytro Kravchenko, head of FC “Zhytlo-kapital”, which acts as a fund for financing the construction of “Ukrbudu” facilities, outlined the current situation with the construction of the company’s facilities and called the reasons for downtime at a number of residential complexes. In particular, emphasizing that “Kyivmiskbud”, which is currently the contractor for the completion of the residential complex of the developer – “Ukrbud”, is not actually conducting construction at the moment.
Director of Ukrbud Development LLC, Serhiy Kasapskyi, in his speech, called on the leaders of Kyivmiskbud to cooperate.
“We, together with the Financial Company “Zhytlo-kapital”, want to initiate a meeting with both representatives of investors and representatives of “Kyivmiskbudu”, as well as authorities at various levels, in order to discuss the algorithm and scenario
of our company’s further work in order for it to fulfill its obligations to investors and completed its residential complexes”, stated the director of the company.
