The official also condemned the United States for “mindlessly spreading rumours” against North Korea and warned it to “stop making reckless remarks that undermine the image of the DPRK and keep your mouth shut.”
Before
In early September, American intelligence reported that Russia was buying artillery shells and missiles from North Korea to use them in the war against Ukraine.
The disclosure took place a few days after Moscow received the first batches of Iranian-made drones.
US government officials said Russia’s decision to reach out to Iran and North Korea was a sign that sanctions and export controls imposed by the United States and Europe were preventing Moscow from getting supplies for its military.
