“There is good news in the sense that de-occupation has begun. The Russian army understands that it is losing territory. In addition to the fact that they are buried there, build some fortifications, bury equipment, blow up bridges, mine everything, and also shoot villages that are de-occupied. They shoot with artillery, tanks, just level with the ground in order to stop the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Gaidai said.
Details
The head of the OVA noted that the occupiers know that civilians remained there and still shell these settlements.
Gaidai said that humanitarian kits and kits for small repairs have been prepared in advance, and medical and rescue teams are on the alert.
“We are waiting for a team from the military to enter a particular de-occupied settlement,” he added.
Supplement
In the Luhansk region, Russian troops are building a multi-layered defense and actively mining the first front line.
Earlier, Gaidai reported that the Ukrainian military continues to liberate the Luhansk region, but not as rapidly as it was in the Kharkiv region, because the effect of surprise has disappeared.
