From today, October 21, a ban on the use of all types of outdoor lighting during curfew and outdoor advertising lighting is introduced in the Lviv region. This was announced by the head of the Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi .

Details
On the territory of the region, according to him, it is prohibited to use:
• all types of outdoor lighting, except for street network lighting and critical infrastructure facilities – for the duration of curfew;
• lighting of outdoor advertising placed on the facades of buildings and structures, special structures, after the end of the working time of business entities – regardless of the organizational and legal form.
According to him, these restrictions are introduced from 18:00 on October 21. Compliance with the requirements will be monitored by the regional police.

On October 21, due to the increase in electricity consumption, rolling blackouts may be carried out in Kyiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Zhytomyr regions.
