In part of the neighborhoods of Khmelnytskyi, emergency power outages continue, which affected the operation of public transport. This was announced in Telegram by the mayor of the city Alexander Simchyshyn .

“In part of the city’s neighborhoods, there are emergency power outages. Trolleybuses stopped. Repair crews work non-stop. The power system, unfortunately, does not withstand the load. We have to limit consumption as much as possible,” Simchyshyn wrote.

On October 22, Russian troops hit the objects of the Khmelnytsky region, the air defense forces shot down several missiles. After enemy attacks, the lights in the two areas disappeared.
The next day, power supply was restored in the region.
