Restomod Dodge Charger 1969 release, exhibited at auction in the coming days.
The car was built by Cleveland Power and Performance for the SEMA tuning show, which took place in 2018. The body of this model was installed on a modern platform from Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat 2016 production year, thanks to which we received a restomod.
The car is equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine from Challenger SRT Hellcat with 707 hp turbocharged, but thanks to many modifications, including the installation of elongated Kooks manifolds and a unique exhaust system, engine performance has increased to 890 hp. At the same time, the ZF 8HP90 8-speed automatic transmission operates with this power unit.
The exterior of the car has also changed significantly. For example, he got a custom hood with a three-dimensional air intake, redesigned bumpers, new headlights, black body accents and a special green color Strangler Green. As for the interior of the restomod, due to the fact that it is based on Hellcat, here most of the details are appropriate, such as seats with ventilation and heating, navigation system and dashboard. In addition to all this, the model received exclusive CW SP551 wheels.
It is known that for the Dodge Charger restomod at the auction they plan to earn between 480,000 – 500,000 dollars.
