The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine does not see an extraordinary event due to the increase in the number of aircraft of the Russian army at the Engels airfield in the Saratov region. This was announced on the telethon by the representative of the GUR, Vadym Skibitskyi .

“Our assessment is very simple – it is the return of several bombers from the Diaghilev air base, which were moved there after the appropriate measures of the Russian Federation to disperse aviation. First of all, these are the Shaykovka and Engels air bases. We do not note an extraordinary event, but we monitor how many carriers are there, in which their condition and their readiness to perform tasks,” said Skibitskyi.
