During a coordinating online meeting of representatives of Ukrainian embassies in the Gulf and Southeast Asia, USAID and Ukrainian sweets exporters chaired by Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine (CDTO) Dmytro Senik there were a discussion that Ukrainian diplomats are establishing contacts of domestic confectioners with importers and distributors of food products in the Gulf and Asian regions to expand the geography of exports.
The meeting was held within the initiative of VTrade Confectionery Foods, which is implemented by the industry association “Ukrkondprom” with the financial support of USAID. It aims to help Ukrainian producers expand their export geography despite the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
