The Seventh Administrative Court of Appeal has announced the current changes in the rates of court fees.
The court fee is levied in the appropriate amount from the subsistence minimum (SM) for able-bodied persons established by law on January 1 of the calendar year in which the application or complaint is filed with the court – as a percentage of the claim price and a fixed amount (Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On court fees”).

The rate of the court fee for filing an administrative claim of a property nature with the administrative court:
for a natural person or a natural person-entrepreneur: 1% of the price of the claim, but not less than 0.4 of the amount of PM for able-bodied persons and not more than 5 amounts of PM for able-bodied persons. That is, the minimum is UAH 908, the maximum is UAH 11,350;
for subjects of power and legal entities: 1.5% of the claim price, but not less than 1 amount of PM for able-bodied persons and not more than 10 amounts of PM for able-bodied persons. Minimum – UAH 2,270, maximum – UAH 22,700.
If the claim is non-material:
for a natural person or a natural person-entrepreneur – 0.4 of the amount of PM – UAH 908;
for subjects of power and legal entities – 1 amount of PM – UAH 2,270.
